Hey y’all! I’m Megan Moore, the Director of Facilities here at The Stage Oconee. I’m from Monroe, GA, and have been part of the TSO family for five years, starting with my first show, R&H Cinderella. While I may be a late bloomer when it comes to theatre, I’ve always had a love for the arts. When I found The Stage, I knew I had finally found a place I could call home.

Favorite Role: Mrs. Gloop in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Fun Fact: I have been a trumpet player for 20 years. Kinda out of practice but still my first love when it came to performing.
Hobbies Outside of the Theatre: I love anything crafty! From sewing to scrapbooking/journaling, to painting and so much more! I am a sucker for Anything Disney, binge watching Grey's Anatomy or a Jurassic Park marathon.(who am I kidding I'm just a movie buff)
Hey Y'all! I'm Megan Moore, the new Director of Facilities here at The Stage Oconee. I am from Monroe, GA, and have been involved with TSO for 5 years, starting with my first show, R&H Cinderella. I am a late bloomer when it comes to theatre, but I have always loved the arts! I remember watching musicals all the time as a kid like CATS, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Oklahoma. It was always a dream of mine to be involved with a theatre, both on and off the stage, but I wasn't sure where to start. When I was introduced to TSO, I knew that I had finally found my truest love and a place where I can call home.
What I do at The Stage…
Administrative
Facilities - In collaboration with admin and staff; I make sure that everything within the building is up to code, meets regulations, and looks pretty inside and out!
Merchandise - With the help of my team we design, make and order all of the items you see at the Mer Table for every show! From stickers, to keychains, buttons, plushies, and our seasonal Christmas ornaments.
Item Rentals - I work directly with inside and outside clients who would like to rent our costumes, props, and set pieces. From the initial consultations, to picking out what items fit their needs, to the return of the items.
