June: Theatre Camps & Performances
We’ve got several exciting, production-based camps for different age groups happening throughout June!
🎭 Imagine a Dragon is our first camp of the summer, designed for rising kindergarteners through completed eighth graders—and it’s already FULL! But don’t worry, you can still come cheer on these young performers at their three shows on June 13–14 right here in Watkinsville GA. You won’t want to miss the magic they’ve created!
🦁 Madagascar Jr. is up next for students who’ve completed 5th through 12th grades (must be under 18 as of June 28). Camp runs June 16–27, with three performances on June 27–28. We still have a few spots open, so don’t wait—get your student registered while there’s still room!
July: Cabarets & Intensive Training
We’ve got two cabaret-style camps for performers of all ages, each centered around fun themes and filled with songs from all kinds of musicals.
💃 Just Dance! is for students who’ve completed 5th–12th grade. Camp runs July 7–11, with performances on July 11–12. It’s full of upbeat energy and a perfect chance for your student to shine on stage.
🌟 A Taste of Broadway is our cabaret for elementary and middle school students. This camp takes place July 21–25, with shows on July 25–26. It’s a great intro to the world of musical theatre—and there’s still time to sign up!
🎤 And by popular demand, our Triple Threat Intensive is back for students who’ve completed 5th–12th grade! This three-day camp from June 30–July 2 is packed with workshops and mock auditions tailored to different types of shows. It’s a great way for your student to build confidence and sharpen their performance skills across the board.
July 5: Our Big Season Reveal!
We hope you’ll join us at The Stage Oconee on Friday, July 5 from 5–8 PM for one of our favorite nights of the year—Season Reveal! 🎉
There will be fun activities for all ages, and at the end of the night, we’ll announce the full lineup for our 2025–2026 season. Whether you’re a longtime member of the Stage family or new to the theatre scene in Oconee County, it’s the perfect time to connect, celebrate, and get excited about what’s ahead!
Coming Soon: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Rehearsals are already underway for our summer production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and we can’t wait to share it with you! 🍫
